1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cleaning service through the Best Shine Building Cleaning Services website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Service Modifications & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any cleaning service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted are based on standard property sizes and average conditions. If the property condition requires significantly more time or specialized equipment than a standard clean, we reserve the right to adjust the price. Payment must be completed upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Liability and Damages

While our cleaning professionals handle your property with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. Clients must notify us of any damages caused by our staff within 24 hours of service completion. We recommend that clients store away highly fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the cleaning date.

5. Staff Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our staff. We reserve the right to withdraw our personnel from any property determining it to be unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous. Customers must ensure an adequate supply of electricity and running water is available at the property.
